This website was launched on February 3 as a pop-up site to support the 2015 Iowa City 3D Technologies Symposium.

As of February 6, it has now been transitioned to a community run website to provide information about local 3D technology workshops, events, businesses, job listings, and other news.

It can also be used to support and promote upcoming events.
